About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic international law firm, has an immediate need for a capital markets lawyer to join the highly regarded corporate practice in its large and established Chicago as an associate.

Responsibilities:
· Represent underwriters and issuers in securities offerings, including IPOs and private placements
· Advise clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border capital-raising transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of capital markets experience
· ’34 Act work is a plus

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $265,000 – $390,000.
