Responsibilities:
· Advise on the entire lifecycle of debt finance related transactions
· Partner closely with other applicable practices to provide integrated solutions for private equity and other borrower clients

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of leveraged finance experience
· Experience with acquisition finance, debt finance, recapitalizations, and debt restructurings
· Lender-side experience is a plus
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000+.
