Responsibilities:
· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of advertising and marketing related agreements
· Research, analyze, and provide client counseling on compliance matters related to advertising, marketing, promotions, and social media
· Counseling clients regarding advertising, trademark, and copyright disputes.
· Advising clients on data privacy and security compliance matters

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of transactional advertising experience
· Background in advertising, IP, and/or privacy
· Strong academic credentials
