Our client, a prestigious international Am Law firm, has an immediate need for a finance lawyer (3+ yrs) to join as a mid- to senior-level associate in its Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients, including investment and commercial banks, business development companies, and private equity sponsors
· Work on sophisticated corporate financing transactions, including acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, and special situations

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ more years of sponsor or lender-side finance experience
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $250,000 – $370,000.
