Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders, sponsors, developers, institutional investors, contractors, operators and government entities in major domestic and cross-border projects and project financings
Required Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of project finance experience
· Strong principal financing documentation drafting and negotiation skills
· Experience with reviewing project documentation preferred
