About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a restructuring lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate in its finance practice group. This attorney will work on extremely large and complex restructuring matters and must be capable of handling complex reorganizations involving debt restructurings and other sophisticated financing matters. Responsibilities:
· Represent and advise companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of restructuring experience
· Debtor-side experience preferred
· Am Law 100 firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials
