About the Position:
We are working with a top global law firm that has an immediate need for a litigator specializing in financial services to join its Chicago office as a mid to senior-level associate. With an international platform and deep experience, this practice represents clients across a broad spectrum of financial services, representing companies in nearly all aspects of litigation, including complex criminal and civil litigation, class actions, regulatory matters, and investigations.

Responsibilities:
· Analyze, research and draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation
· Trial preparation experience, including depositions, motions, and outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinations

Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of litigation experience, including complex commercial, class action defense, and financial services
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials
· Law Review experience preferred

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $415,000.
