We are working with a global law firm that has an immediate need for a transactional attorney (3+ yrs) to join its award-winning Energy Projects practice in Chicago. This highly-regarded practice works on complex and innovative projects across the globe.

Responsibilities:
· Advise lenders, sponsors, contractors, developers, and government entities on energy transactions
· Draft and negotiate transaction documents
· Conduct due diligence on projects M&A deals
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of M&A and/or project finance experience
· Large law firm experience is preferred
· Experience representing clients in the renewable energy market
