This firm’s Chambers-ranked banking practice advises financial institutions, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers, on hundreds of financings valued at hundreds of billions of dollars each year. Target candidates will have 2 or more years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience. Responsibilities:
· Advise companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
· Experience with borrower-side representation preferred
· Stellar academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000+.
