Our client, a premier national law firm with an established Chicago office, has an immediate need for a litigator (3+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Experience with class actions or multidistrict litigation is a plus. Responsibilities:
· Writing briefs and drafting pleadings and discovery
· Taking and defending depositions
· Handle routine court appearances, argue motions, and present witnesses in court

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of litigation experience
· Experience taking/defending depositions, writing briefs, drafting pleads, and arguing motions in court
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000+.
