About the Position:
Our client, a stellar international law firm with a large and established Chicago office, has an immediate need for a tax attorney to join as a mid-level associate. This firm’s Chambers-ranked tax practice has an international reach and represents an impressive range of clients, including some of the biggest public and privately-held corporations, large estates, and exempt organizations.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in taxation matters related to corporate and partnership business transactions
· Work on a variety of transactions including, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, fund formation, and financing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of tax transactional experience
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
