About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded boutique law firm with a strong construction litigation practice, is actively seeking a litigation attorney to join its busy practice as a senior-level associate (6 or more years). While experience with construction cases would be highly valued, no prior experience in construction is necessary. This is a truly unique place to litigate, with deep resources and sophisticated cases, but a familial environment in which to practice.

· Represent clients in complex commercial and construction litigation matters
· Assist with taking depositions
· Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of litigation experience
· Experience in construction litigation preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $250,000.
