Responsibilities:
· Advise clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies
· Assist clients with launching marketing and promotional campaigns and making sure they are in compliance with state, federal, and international laws

Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of advertising, marketing, and/or consumer protection law experience
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
