About the Position:
We are working with one of the world’s leading law firms that has an immediate need for an antitrust litigation lawyer to join as a mid-level associate in its Chicago office. This firm’s Antitrust Litigation & Government Investigations practice is Chambers-ranked and advises U.S. and international clients on all aspects of competition law worldwide. The firm has a deep bench of more than 80 attorneys representing individual and corporate clients in civil, criminal and congressional investigations and enforcement matters.

Responsibilities:
· Opportunity to serve as business counselors, trial lawyers and agency professionals throughout the world in virtually every significant area of antitrust and competition law, including antitrust audits and compliance programs, antitrust counseling, and antitrust litigation and government investigations
· Assist in representing individuals and corporate clients on the state and federal levels in criminal, civil, and congressional investigations and enforcement matters
· Experience in civil litigation and class actions is crucial for this role; however, associates will have the opportunity to engage in all areas of the practice and can anticipate taking on substantial responsibility from the start

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of antitrust law experience, including a background in class action defense and civil litigation
· Excellent academic credentials
· Previous federal clerkship strongly preferred
· Large law firm experience is preferred
