Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
· Serve in high stakes trials in a wide array of cases in state and federal courts across the United States

Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of commercial litigation experience, including significant trial experience
· AUSA experience is a strong plus
