Our client, a growing Midwest-based law firm, is seeking a trusts and estates attorney (5+ yrs) to join the firm’s up-and-coming Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients with estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters
· Draft complex estate plans for both taxable and non-taxable estates
· Administer estates and trusts post-death

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of experience in estate planning, including drafting estate plans and administering estates and trusts
· Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
