About the Position:
We are working with an international law firm that has an immediate need for a mid-level associate to join its bankruptcy practice group in its Chicago office. This highly-regarded practice group is recognized as an industry leader in the U.S. and handles all aspects of restructuring and insolvency proceedings from pre-workout through litigation. Responsibilities:
· Represent committees, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, distressed businesses, corporate debtors, and investors
· Assist with handling all aspects of restructuring and insolvency proceedings from pre-workout through litigation

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of bankruptcy experience and/or recent bankruptcy judicial clerkship experience
· Strong legal analysis and writing skills
· Excellent academic credentials
