We are working with a top global law firm that has an immediate need for a finance lawyer to join the Corporate Finance practice in its Chicago office as a junior to mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise borrowers, lenders, private equity firms, financial sponsors and other investors or capital providers in a range of financing matters, including acquisition financing, credit facilities, direct lending, and other commercial lending matters
· Draft, review and revise credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements and closing deliverables

Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of experience with corporate finance transactions
· Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is a plus
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials
