About the Position:
We are working with a prominent law firm with a vast global presence on an immediate need for a commercial real estate lawyer to join as a mid to senior-level associate in Chicago. This practice provides advice to a broad range of industry leading companies on the full spectrum of real estate transactional matters, commercial development, fund formation, and real estate planning.

Responsibilities:
· Advise real estate clients in acquiring, financing, developing and selling all types of real estate assets
· Interact with a variety of clients including real estate investment funds and joint ventures, national and regional developers of retail, office and multifamily projects, publicly traded REITs, institutional investors and investment management institutions

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience, including joint ventures for the acquisition, operation and development of real estate assets
· Excellent academic records and strong writing skills
