About the Position:
Our client, a strong international Am Law firm, has an immediate need for an employment litigation attorney to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. The attorneys in this practice handle a range of employment matters, including employment litigation, counseling, investigations, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Defend employers in employment discrimination cases, wage and hour claims, and EEOC/DOL matters, including class action lawsuits
· Provide legal counsel on compliance with federal and state employment laws, and assist in drafting workplace policies
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation
· Experience with wage and hour claims, defending employment discrimination, and EEOC/DOL matters is preferred
· Previous experience counseling employers on compliance with federal and state laws and drafting workplace policies
· Excellent research and writing skills
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000+.
