Our client, a prestigious global law firm with a large Chicago office, is seeking a tax controversy/litigation attorney to join its practice as a mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in a variety of tax disputes including, withholding tax issues, tax credit qualifications, exempt organization qualification, partnership issues, and state and local taxes
· Handle audits, administrative appeals, as well as tax court and district court litigation

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of tax controversy/litigation experience
· Excellent academic credentials
