· Represent banks, funds, and other financial institutions in leveraged acquisition financings and other debt financings
· Structure, negotiate, and document financing arrangements
Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 5 years of debt finance experience (borrower-side preferred)
· Large law firm experience and top academic credentials
