About the Position:
We are working with an established full-service Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for a real estate finance lawyer (6+ yrs) to join its highly-regarded practice as a senior associate or junior partner, depending on experience level. This top-tier practice group represents a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, REITs and private entrepreneurs, and the person in this position will have significant borrower-side experience as well as loan origination experience. No portable business is required.

Responsibilities and Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of real estate finance experience, representing borrowers with various real estate-based finance transactions, including mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans
· Mortgage and mezzanine debt experience
· Loan origination experience
· No portable business
