About the Position:
We are working with a premier Midwest-based law firm that has an immediate need for a privacy litigation attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. This innovative practice represents clients in the manufacturing, retail, hospitality, health, tech, education, and financial services industries with privacy and data security litigation, incident response, and data licensing and commercial agreements. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in privacy and data security matters including TCPA, BIPA, and data breach litigation
· Draft policies and counsel clients on privacy law compliance
· Assist with privacy due diligence in M&A transactions and data sharing agreements

Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of breach and privacy compliance litigation experience
· CIPP certification is preferred
· Must have strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000+.
