Responsibilities:
· Advise on the intellectual property aspects of transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings
· Counsel clients on intellectual property rights
· Draft and negotiate license and technology agreements
· Conduct due diligence investigations

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience advising clients on IP aspects of corporate transactions
· Experience drafting and negotiating license and technology agreements as well as other commercial contracts
· Experience in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions
· Strong academic credentials
· Large law firm experience

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
