Responsibilities:
· Draft various franchise-related agreements and regulatory filings
· Counsel domestic and international clients on franchise and distribution matters
· Perform due diligence review and prepare documents in connection with public offerings and M&A

Qualifications:
· 8 or more years of transactional/regulatory U.S. franchising experience
· Experience with international franchising and M&A is a plus
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $350,000 – $500,000.
