Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on investment management matters and issues arising under the federal securities laws
· Counsel registered investment companies through the registration and formation process
· Prepare and review registration statements and offering documents, board meeting materials, investment management agreements, and related materials

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 8 years of experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related regulations
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $415,000.
