About the Position:
We are working with a dynamic midsize Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for a commercial litigator to join the firm as a mid-level associate. This firm serves clients both locally and nationally, and clients range from start-up ventures to Fortune 20 corporations, including publicly and privately held corporations, government entities, educational institutions, not-for-profit entities, individuals, and entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matter
· Draft motions, briefs and other pleadings
· Involvement in all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $190,000.
