About the Position:
We are working with a premier Am Law firm that is seeking a corporate finance attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. The attorneys in this practice counsel both lenders and borrowers in complex public and private financing transactions, and this group’s client base spans a range of industries, business types, and sizes. Responsibilities:
· Represent private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, service providers, manufacturers, companies in the automotive industry, high-tech companies, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies
· Work on complex financing transactions, including private equity financing, acquisition financing, strategic debt financing, asset-based lending, as well as other debt transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of corporate finance transactions experience
· Excellent academic credentials
· Ability to travel as needed
· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $275,00 – $330,000.
