About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious global law firm that has an immediate need for a class action litigator to join its large and established Chicago office in a non-partnership track role. This innovative and entrepreneurial firm has one of the largest and most sophisticated teams of dispute lawyers globally, including a local presence in over 40 countries.

Responsibilities:
· Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
· Create deposition outlines
· Draft and review discovery responses, as well as analyze discovery responses for case strategy

Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of litigation experience
· Experience drafting motions, including discovery and summary judgment motions, and motions to dismiss

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $300,000.
