About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious Am Law 100 firm that is seeking an energy/project finance attorney to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. Attorneys in this firm’s highly-regarded Project Finance and Development practice assist with all stages of a project’s development and financing, and represent a range of finance partners and sponsors, including commercial lenders, export credit agencies, multilateral development banks, developers, suppliers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients in all aspects of the financing of energy projects and assets
· Assist with structuring and financing of renewable energy and EV projects, including tax equity financings and tax credit purchases and sales

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 5 years of experience representing lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions
· Excellent writing and analytical skills
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $290,000.
