We are working with a prestigious Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a technology transactions attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients ranging from startups to some of the most well-known global corporations
· Advise clients on licensing, IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and spin-offs

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of technology transactions experience, including in-licensing, outbound licensing, IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, and divestitures
· Broad technology company experience is preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position starts at $365,000.
