This leading practice represents clients in M&A transactions in the insurance industry and has worked on some of the most high-profile and complex insurance industry transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Represent insurers, reinsurers, investment managers, banks, and private equity sponsors
· Work on insurance industry transactions, including reinsurance transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of insurance industry transactions experience, including reinsurance involved in M&A and private asset transactions
· Knowledge of insurance company regulations
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
