About the Position:
Our client, an international law firm based in Chicago, is actively seeking a labor and employment lawyer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join its busy and dynamic Chicago office as an associate. This practice group represents management-side clients with a range of employment law matters including wage and hour litigation, EEO counseling, employee benefits, and international employment law.

Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with a variety of employment matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination, and wage and hour disputes
· Handle employment related litigation (motions, discovery requests, depositions; briefs writing)
Required Qualifications:
· 5 to 7 years of large law firm management-side labor and employment experience, including employment litigation
· Familiarity with wage and hour, employment class action, and/or restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation
· Strong academic credentials, research, and brief writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $280,000 – $310,000.
