Responsibilities:
· Work on domestic and international trademark strategy
· Perform domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings
· Handle TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States and worldwide
· Counsel clients on TM/copyright issues
· Perform IP licensing and due diligence
· Handle copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA IP litigation support

Required Qualifications:
· 6 to 12 years of broad IP experience
· Strong trademark experience, including both transactional/counseling and litigation
· In-house experience and/or non-legal work experience is a plus
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $320,000.
