About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded Am Law 50 firm, has an immediate need for a labor and employment litigation lawyer to join its leading practice in Chicago as a junior associate. This firm’s labor and employment practice is one of the largest in the country and represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in all aspects of employment counseling and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 corporations
· Advise clients on employment counseling and litigation matters including, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wage and hour class and PAGA actions

Required Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of labor and employment litigation experience
· Experience arguing motions, conducting complex fact investigations, and taking and defending depositions
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000.
