We are working with a prestigious Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a corporate/M&A attorney (4+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent a range of clients, including emerging companies, mid-market organizations, and Fortune 500 corporations
· Work on complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
· Manage complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings
· Experience managing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions and working with local counsel globally
· Large law firm experience and top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
