About the Position:
We are working with an elite national plaintiff’s firm that has an immediate need for mass arbitration attorneys to join at the junior/mid/senior associate level (depending on experience). This firm has over 50 years of experience representing plaintiffs in financial fraud, consumer protection, antitrust, securities, defective drugs and devices, environmental, and financial and insurance litigation matters in the United States and abroad.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a high volume of class action/mass arbitration cases from inception to case resolution, particularly in consumer, employment, or similar mass dispute matters
· Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and settlement negotiations
· Draft pleadings, motions, and arbitration briefs
· Keep abreast of changing arbitration laws and procedures
· Communicate regularly with clients
Required Qualifications:
· 1-7+ years of mass torts or mass arbitration/class action litigation experience is required (plaintiff or defense experience is welcome)
· Knowledge of arbitration processes and filing systems
· Large law firm experience is a plus
· Candidates can be barred in any state

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience. Strong bonus potential.
