About the Position:
We are working with a leading global law firm that has an immediate need for a real estate finance attorney (3+ yrs) to join its large and established Chicago office. The attorneys in this nationally recognized practice advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions across the capital structure, including corporate term loans, revolving credit facilities, bond issuances, CMBS financings, and mezzanine loans.

Responsibilities:
· Advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of real estate finance experience from a large law firm, with a focus on commercial real estate debt financing transactions
· Experience with mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, permanent and bridge loan originations, construction loans, loan participations, syndications (including loan sales) and other co-lender and intercreditor arrangements, and workouts and restructurings
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $420,000.
