We are working with an international Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a tax attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice is Chambers-ranked and represents numerous Fortune 100 companies in an array of tax matters around the world. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in transactional tax matters, including M&A and joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions, securitizations, restructurings, and emerging company, private equity, and hedge fund representations

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of transactional tax experience
· Experience with corporate and partnership tax issues
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000 – $390,000.
