About the Position:
We are working with a sophisticated midsize Chicago law firm that is seeking a real estate attorney (3-6 yrs) to join as an associate in its premier practice in Chicago. This practice represents a diverse client base including developers, investors, pension funds, governmental entities, not-for-profit entities, and a wide variety of commercial real estate owners and users.

Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in a wide variety of transactions including purchases, sales, financing, leases, licenses, and development agreements
· Draft agreements and disclosures

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $190,000.
