Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking a debt finance attorney to join as an associate in the Chicago office. A market leader in U.S. borrower-side transactions, this firm’s highly-regarded debt finance practice includes more than 300 attorneys and serves hundreds of private equity clients, ranging from large Fortune 500 corporations to leading global private equity firms and their numerous portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:
· Work on debt finance matters involving multinational and domestic financial institutions, lenders, equity sponsors, public and privately held companies, and institutional investors
· Provide support on M&A deals

Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 6 years of debt finance experience, including restructurings, fund finance, and M&A
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $390,000.
