We are working with a prestigious Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for an experienced structured finance lawyer to join its Chicago office as an of counsel. This globally recognized practice group has over 700 lawyers worldwide and advises clients on all types and sizes of domestic and international transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Represent corporations, banks and other financial institutions in structured finance transactions
· Structure CLOs and securitizations to comply with a variety of regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
· 9 or more years of structured finance, securitization and CLO experience
· Am Law 100 law firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $475,000 – $525,000.
