About the Position:
We are working with one of the largest global law firms that has an immediate need for an ERISA litigation attorney (3+ yrs) to join as a mid-level associate in Chicago. This Chambers-ranked group represents plan sponsors and administrators, as well as individual and corporate fiduciaries, trustees, custodians, financial institutions, and plan service providers. Attorneys in this thriving practice handle a variety of matters ranging from individual benefit disputes to complex class actions.

Responsibilities:
· Represent plan sponsors and plan administrators, as well as individual and corporate fiduciaries, trustees, custodians, financial institutions, and plan service providers in ERISA litigation matters
· Draft briefs and handle all forms of discovery
· Prepare and participate in depositions

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of ERISA litigation experience
· Experience drafting briefs, handling discovery, and preparing for and participating in depositions
· Clerkship experience is preferred
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
