About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, has an immediate need for a corporate attorney (3+ yrs) with private equity experience to join its thriving practice in Chicago as a mid/senior-level associate. This full-service firm represents some of the most well-known corporations in the country and offers a small office atmosphere with the resources of a large law firm.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a sophisticated client base, including family offices, family-owned businesses, and middle-market private equity funds
· Work on sell-side M&A transactions
· Partner with attorneys across different offices and practice groups

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of private equity transactional experience
· Experience with direct client contact
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $233,500 – $335,000.
