Our client, a preeminent global law firm, is seeking a healthcare regulatory attorney to join its Chicago office.

Responsibilities:
· Work on healthcare transactions, including in the private equity, M&A, and investment areas
· Provide regulatory and compliance counseling, including maters involving fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, reimbursement, and assisting with regulatory diligence

Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 3 years of health regulatory and transactional experience
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000.
