About the Position:
We are working with an international Am Law 50 firm that is actively seeking a data privacy lawyer (preferably with experience in the financial and health/life sciences sectors) to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on and implement state privacy laws (such as CCPA, WA MHMD, and other equivalent laws) and other data-related compliance

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 6 years of data privacy counseling experience at a large law firm
· CIPP preferred
· Experience with adtech and cookies/online trackers preferred
· Experience with the financial and health/life sciences sectors strongly preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000 – $420,000.
