Our client, a large international law firm, has an active need for an intellectual property lawyer with 4-6 years of patent litigation experience to join its highly-regarded practice as an associate in Chicago. This firm’s IP practice is a recognized leader in high-stakes patent litigation, having tried to verdict some of the largest and most complex IP cases in the United States.

· Litigate patent, trade secret, and trademark disputes in a variety of industries, including biology, chemistry, physical sciences, and engineering

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of patent litigation experience
· Large law firm experience and top academic credentials
· Technical degree preferred

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
