About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic litigation boutique law firm in Chicago founded by a former large law firm partner, has an active need for an experienced (6+ years) commercial litigator to join as a senior counsel or partner (title will be based on level of experience). Responsibilities:
· Take the lead on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
· Counsel companies, across a variety of industries, in large, multi-jurisdictional dispute proceedings

Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
. BigLaw experience preferred
· Interest in developing business preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and practice.
