Responsibilities:
· Defend gaming industry clients facing consumer disputes, including contest promotions, compulsive gambling, and class actions and collective arbitration claims asserting rights to recover revenues under gambling loss recovery and consumer fraud statutes
· Advise heavily regulated clients in gaming, casino, and sports wagering-related matters, including business and contractual disputes, gaming compliance, regulatory matters, and licensing issues
Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of experience with sophisticated regulatory filings in the areas of technology and gaming law
· Experience handling litigation matters for gaming clients, including consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, and prediction market disputes and investigations by state Attorneys General and Gaming Commissions
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $225,000 – $325,000.
